4. Lottery Entries & Draws

All lottery entries are subject to the official game rules. Entries must be submitted before the advertised draw closure time. Once submitted, entries cannot be cancelled or modified. Draw results are final and determined by a certified random number generator.

5. Prizes & Payouts

Prize amounts are determined by the official prize pool and number of winners. Prizes up to $1,000 are credited automatically. Larger prizes require identity verification. All prizes are subject to applicable Australian tax laws. Unclaimed prizes expire after 12 months from the draw date.

LottoVariation is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant lottery entry.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria. LottoVariation is licensed and regulated by the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC).

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of LottoVariation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
